The training and development of our staff is one of the most important aspects of our business and paramount to our success. This is why the goal of our training is not only to convey lots of information, but also to ensure trainees gain a broad understanding of the individual responsibilities required for their roles.
To do this we have devised training programmes that are tailor made for each position. All trainees will work alongside experienced trainers, who have a proven track record in training and development. The training will cover every aspect of the role, from financial control to customer care, statutory health and safety to food quality and most importantly of all, practical hands on experience of the day to day requirements of the job.
As we open more restaurants we are always looking to hire talented individuals whose skills can be further developed for future promotion and career advancement within our company.
