General Manager

Positions available: London | Salisbury | Cambridge

We are looking for Managers who can:
- Maintain the highest standards of service at all time
- Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant and management team
- Control Stock purchasing and GP margins
- Deliver results and grow sales
- Motivate, recruit, train and develop teams
- Implement and maintain health & safety/food hygiene regulations

We are looking for Managers who must have:
- A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- The personality to lead, coach, develop and motivate the restaurant team
- Previous Management experience in a similar roll
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be eligible to work full time in the UK
- Be a strong leader and be self motivated
