  My name is Alex Scrimgeour, and I am the Food and Beverage Director for Côte.  I am a passionate foodie (like many of my colleagues), as well as a trained chef.  My job among other things is to source the best available ingredients and this is the real driving force behind Côte as a brand, it is one of the things that make us unique among our competitors by choosing quality products. Like Harald, I’ve worked in a few decent restaurants over the years; however, when it comes to Côte, I believe that our group represents the most exciting brand to hit the UK restaurant market in the last 20 years.

The big difference you will find when working for Côte, is that we offer you a career path as opposed to a 9-5 job. You can take your role as far as you want to and all we ask in return is energy, commitment and passion about food.  I look forward to meeting you soon.
